Returns – If You're Not Satisfied with Your Artwork
Your satisfaction is important to me. If your artwork does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact me at [your email address] within this 14-day period. Once a return has been approved, you will be responsible for securely repackaging the artwork and arranging return shipment using the same courier service that delivered the item.
Once the artwork is received in its original condition, a refund will be processed within 14 days.
Damaged Artwork
All artwork is securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit. In the unlikely event your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. If possible, include photographs of the damage and the original packaging.
I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly—this may include a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
Commissioned Work
All commissioned artwork is final sale and non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of custom pieces, I do not accept returns or offer refunds on commissions. I work closely with clients throughout the creative process to ensure the final piece meets expectations.
